  I couldn’t give them 0 stars so they got 1. I called them because my upstairs unit thermostat kept going out intermittently. They come here and said it’s because my float valve is not draining. Charge me then the problem is still there. When I called the service manager he said they have to charge me again if they come out and the issue is not the float. So they fixed nothing and wanted to charge me again for another visit if they had to fix the problem. Stay away from these people.

  All of the interactions I have had with Central City Heating & Air have been very satisfactory and the service from Nathan today was top notch. He kept me informed about what he was doing and showed me some maintenance items I had been missing. Very happy to do business with these folks.
