  Very professional, skilled, ethical, and great to work with! My home sewer line started slowly draining on a Sunday afternoon. Pink Duck was able to schedule an appointment for me for Monday. After some troubleshooting, they identified the issue was that the sewer line was likely damaged when a telecommunications company recently ran a fiber cable underground. Pink Duck provided me with all the evidence supporting this so I could resolve the issue with the telecommunications company. The telecom company owned up to the mistake and fixed the issue within 24 hours of me sending the evidence that Pink Duck provided. Pink Duck even worked with the telecom company to refund me! I was very impressed with how Pink Duck skillfully identified the issue and ethically handled the situation. I will definitely be using Pink Duck again in the future for any plumbing issues!

  Pink Duck Plumbing did an excellent job from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with for my water heater installation. They showed up on time, clearly explained what needed to be done, and completed the work with great attention to detail. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was left clean and in great shape once the job was finished. I really appreciated their professionalism, communication, and overall workmanship.   I had heard good things about the guys and gals at Pink Duck but hadn't used them until last week when we discovered our water heater leaking.. From the moment my phone call was answered to the time Pink Duck left my house it was nothing but a courteous, professional, and efficient experience.. I know who ill be calling the next time something comes up. I knew the identities of the employees that would be arriving at my house before they got there via text message so they weren't a stranger when they arrived, which i had heard about somewhere..... Well dressed and in nice clean work vans, they quickly set to work. They even checked some things that was outside the scope of work they were doing. I would tell anyone to consider the crew at Pink Duck for thier plumbing needs.
