- MZMichael ZimmermanAug 17, 20265.0Quick fix by technician that recognized problem with factory installed board and unit was up and running within 15 minutes of his arrival.
- CLChris LedmanAug 17, 20263.0Tyler was knowledgeable and installed a shut off switch to to shut the unit off when the drain clogs again. He was unable to open the lid on the breaker in order to move it. The box needed to be moved to slide the pan under the unit. I'm not sure if that meets code (pics below). He invoiced for $125 to solve an issue created from initial installation. No mention of ceiling or acknowledgement of incorrect installation. The unit's drip pan is not located fully under the unit. The drip line backed up and water was leaking onto the unit's breaker box and then through my ceiling. The unit was installed 4 years and 7 months ago and have had 0 issues until now. The service warranty has expired. My ceiling is ruined, that fix is on me. I feel the service call invoice should be waived.

Johnny got us on his schedule promptly, replaced the defective coil and topped off the lost refrigerant for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend that folks reach out to Johnny's for a quote when they have HVAC issues. We are quite pleased with the results we got and the manner in which we were treated.
