This company excels in customer service. Especially the administrative staff. I always come away from every encounter feeling better about the expertise provided. They always exceed expectations.

I researched Johnson City Generator for a large project that I needed three 24k Generators. I met with Bob Astalos at the various locations to get his input into the project. There was no doubt that JC Generators was the company for my project. From the very moment we met to the completion of all three the projects the professionalism, expertise, and dedication of Bob as well as his entire staff was the highest you could expect. On the administrative side Nicki was organized, polite, facilitating and professional. The install personnel Fred and Ross worked professionally and tirelessly to complete all three projects on our planned schedule, during the summer in the July heat. This is the company you should give serious consideration to for any and all of your generator install and service needs. When you have a company that exceeds your expectations that you can trust, well you can't ask for more. Thank you Bob, Nicki, Fred and Ross!

Ross did a great job of trouble-shooting and correcting a difficult issue with a generator I needed to interface with my solar power system. Thanks Ross!
