  AC stopped blowing cold air. Haskins had Chris out that following morning. He was great. On time, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. We had our house cooling in no time. Price was fair. I definitely recommend.

  We have had them out to are place 6 times this year for different issues with the unit that should have been caught on the pm. Then I had a leak coming out of the unit called them when I found the leak, it was after hours. And I spoke with the after hour technician, and I told him to have them, put us on a for the scheduling for the next day, they did that had a technician out the next day and he couldn't find the issue. Because I had already fixed the issue. I have pictures, I have a video of where the leak was coming from. And all this time they was trying to find the leak even after I had told them the leak was fixed and showed them the video of the leak fixed. So call back and get a different technician out. He does the same thing. So I stopped him in his trucks and said, hey, look, the genius's already been fixed. I'm just moting my floor fixed because of the unit. Leaking water out of it due to a piece of insulation that had been jammed up against the endcoils of the evaporator And the owner of the company will not fix the floor because he swears that the units 5 years old has been leaking longer than what I previously stated If it had been leaking longer than what I had stated, then when last year they put the evaporator in due to a leak, the technician that was doing it.What a fell through the floor. The owner, it only seems to care about the expensive rate. They are charging because every time they have come out, they've had to send another technician back out several days later, because I have found something wrong with the unit. Now according to my books that would mean they owe me Because I was doing their job that they should have done. When they came out the first time.Nobody should be doing business with haskins.Heating and air there are technicians are very likable.I'm mathema, owner.He has no rots owning a business

  Our unit was not using auxiliary heat after the ice storm, Haskins had someone out next day after we scheduled service with a very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful tech. We will definitely use them again.

  Rod Saylor, along with Amy? from the office, saved the day by fixing my old heating system. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He is a true trustworthy honest professional which is such a rare thing now days. Can't thank him and Haskins enough for a job well done. Can sleep warm tonight!!!
