  Father’s Day Sunday and our ac was out. We had just brought my husband home from the hospital. 80 degrees. Called your office and a real very nice person answered the phone and within 15 minutes Joe Davis was on his way from Martin to Humboldt. He spent about 4 hours repairing our ac. He explained what he was doing and the cost. He was very polite and knowledgeable about what he was doing. When he left, he promised a follow up and we had a cool house. Thank you again, Joe.

  Will and Kobe came to do my Plumbing inspection and advised me ofnseveral this that were a concern that I should look into. Along with explaining what i need done they also sent everything stated to my email to were I could reach out at a later date. Great professionals.

  Justin Murphy showed up for my service call and he is extremely knowledgeable!! Years of experience and fixed my issue quick. Also did a complete inspection and let me know exactly how my unit is and what needs to be done to keep it in good standings. I will most definitely call them back

  (Names of the guys who worked a true miracle on my house listed at the end) To finally face the reality of my entire home needing rewired, I am so glad that we chose Tim Ferguson. Not only did they get the job done quickly, but they went above and beyond to make sure that the final result reflected a safer, more comfortable and well, convenient home! One example being replacing the wiring in my bedroom but also running new wires and installing ceiling lights above my clothing racks in the closet! A new light above my kitchen sink where there was only the cabinet before, new and additional smoke alarms, a new motion activated light outside on the eve of one side of house…I could go on. The guys were always on time, kind, communicated well, and kept me in the loop on what they were doing and what they wanted to accomplish the next day and so on. Having a bunch of strangers roaming around your home while you’re trying to continue living your life, no matter how much you know that their job needs to be done, can seem daunting to say the least. But these guys made sure that I felt at ease, apologized for “being in my way” if I needed access to wherever they were working (they were never in my way for the record…but I mention that to show how considerate they were). Bonus for them giving my fur babies pets and treats from time to time. I think I’ve already typed a novel here so I will end this by saying that the whole mess started off being a bit nerve wracking and overwhelming but thanks to Luke, Brady, Chase, Tate, Gabe, and Project Manager Tyler…I’m honestly feeling a bit silly for ever being nervous about the whole ordeal to begin with. The company has true gems in each of these guys!

  Reggie Stafford did an outstanding job checking all my plumbing, going over everything in detail, and addressing any concerns. Very professional!! Thank you!! UPDATE: need to add the EXCEPTIONAL service provided by other team members i had out recently. Reggie Stafford- again, another awesome job with my tankless water heater! Joey Davis - for coming late in the evening to service my HVAC. Robert Descamps - awesome job with my HVAC maintenance. Greg- who came out and fixed my air when it stopped working. All very professional and the best service!!!! Thank you!!
