  We had a water incident in our Kitchen as a result of a burst pipe. After reviewing several restoration companies online, we selected Rapid Response Restoration, and I am very glad we made that choice. From the very beginning, Mr. Jonathan Wright, the owner, and Mr. Matt Pickering, the manager, were professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping us through the restoration process. They were accessible whenever we needed them and responded promptly to our questions and concerns. Having that level of communication and support made a stressful situation much easier to manage. The Rapid Response team worked very well together and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We received timely updates regarding the work being done, what had been completed, and what the next steps would be. Their communication gave us confidence that the restoration was being handled properly and that we were never left wondering what was happening. I also appreciated their willingness to go beyond the immediate restoration work. When we needed to move forward with remodeling the kitchen, they assisted us with searching for contractors who could help with the remodeling portion of the project. Their willingness to provide guidance and assistance throughout the process was greatly appreciated. Overall, our experience with Rapid Response Restoration was very positive. Jonathan, Matt, and the entire team demonstrated professionalism, teamwork, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to customer service. I would recommend Rapid Response Restoration to anyone who finds themselves dealing with water damage and needs a restoration company they can communicate with and rely on.

  Jonathan at Rapid Response Restoration is a rare find today. He has integrity and honesty; he only hires people with integrity. After being burned from another company who completed my crawlspace encapsulation incorrectly resulting in mold in my crawlspace and a hole in my subfloor, Jonathan and his crew were able to quickly diagnosis the source of the problem. Brian did a thorough job inspecting everything and taking pictures to send them to his "boss". Jonathan then took the time to talk to me in person and break down my options. His line of questioning possibly "saved my life"; at the very least, it saved my house. I will tell anyone who needs house restoration services to consider Jonathan at triple R as your first call for help.

  I hired Rapid Response Restoration for a couple of things: 1) mold test 2) ULV misting service. A bathroom was determined to be the area with the most concentration of mold and Jonathon even sealed it off with some thick plastic to help reduce the contamination. I feel he went above and beyond with his service, as he also explained things, especially related to safety for when more work is to be done.

  Jonathon and his team are true professionals. His guidance and ability to accommodate our family’s needs through a major restoration project that encompassed the flooring throughout our entire house was beyond expectation. The end result of the project was immaculate. From quoting, to the selection of materials, to coordinating his contractors onsite, the Rapid Response Restoration team excelled. They will be our first call if we ever need remodeling or crisis repairs. I recommend them highly and so did my insurance agent.
