HVAC ContractorDrainage ServicePlumber
David McCoy started McCoy’s Heating and Air, Inc. in 1981. David is a Jackson native who grew up in the West Jackson area. He went to work for a local plumbing contractor his senior year of high school on a part-time basis and soon realized this was what he wanted to do for a living. He thought it was pretty cool crawling around under houses and fixing things, plus it paid well. Many still remember his large service truck because of the lettering on the side of it. "The Real McCoy’s Heating and Air Conditioning" was on both sides of the truck. Many of his competitors kidded him about the truck but people remembered that name and many years later with over 60 employees McCoy’s Heating and Air, Inc. is known for quality service in West Tennessee.

- ABAthena BjordahlAug 9, 20265.0Very pleased with McCoy's! Professional from start to finish. Called, explained my problem with a/c and needed a second opinion, as other company hadn't found problem in 5 weeks. A knowledgeable tech from McCoy's was at my home the same day. He was able to diagnose problem, order part, communicate, and come back to my home to complete repair - all within 72 hours!!! With the great service, we have Alstott scheduled to come back to our home for twice a year maintenance. Thank you!
- MRMichael RobyJul 22, 20265.0Excellent service! The technicians took great care to protect our new hardwood floors.our new unit is so powerful and efficient that we have to keep a few degrees higher than before.
- DRDenisha RobertsJul 15, 20265.0Great customer service in scheduling the service. The tech was prompt and very professional. Did a great job explaining what he did during the service call.
- EEEdwardJul 9, 20261.0Absolutely one of the worst business in jackson. I scheduled a simple AC maintenance and the Tech forgot to put the drain pipe in the attic back into the proper drainage pipe. To "fix" it, all they did was but paint over the ceiling. A gross display of incompetence. I was offered no refund or credit to my account for future service. This is rhe 2nd time they've damaged my ceiling in 5 years. I paid $200 bucks for them to cause me a massive headache and property damage
