  We just had a fantastic experience with Alyssa. She was very professional had a smile on her face and was extremely pleasant. She diagnosed our air-conditioning problem showed us pictures, fixed the item in no time at all. Again, very professional, very polite and a pleasure to do business with.

  Antonio was courteous and professional. From the time of the appointment to his arrival was short. I love the quick response! For the company, I suggest that you not have your techs lead off with selling a service plan before they explain the issue you needed service on. Also I see that customers are rated #2 on your flyer with employees being #1. That's interesting. No customers, no employees. Just a note from a seasoned consumer and sales manager.

  Bobby Manuel is definitely a great Professional employee. He was able to troubleshoot my water heater issue and explained the necessary procedure and required parts to fix it. He was very informative about the whole process from beginning to end. Choates has a great employee and would be glad to have Bobby come back anytime. Thank you.

  I recently had a 5 Ton Carrier Complete Two Stage System installed by Choate’s . During a follow-up visit today Kord Preston, the technician, checked to make sure everything was functioning properly and adjusted the humidity settings on my new Ecobee thermostat! He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed! He was professional, courteous, and thorough. I really appreciated his excellent customer service and attention to details. I would definitely recommend Kord for all your HVAC needs! Great Job, Mr. Kord Preston

  We were Alyssa’s last call of the day and she was great! She came in and quickly identified why and where our leak was coming from. She also made sure to check our second unit to prevent the same thing happening to that one. Alyssa went above and also checked to see why we were having another issue with our ac and was able to identify that. Needless to say our units are having issues, but she was able to identify it and explain to us what was needed.
