  I rarely write reviews, but this time is an exception. We had issues with our hot water heater working intermittently for over six weeks. Lots of cold showers. We switched from a competitor after repeated replaced parts and labor charges, with still no hot water. We are so thankful we did! From the minute I contacted Scenic City Plumbing, the experience was nothing but positive. On Thursday I set up an appointment with Toni for the following Monday. However, when she learned we currently had no hot water, she arranged the schedule for a new unit to be installed the next morning. Skiles and Aaron were outstanding from start to finish! Every question was answered and a clear explanation was given about what work would be performed. They far exceeded our expectations. They were very professional, kind, polite, extremely skilled, and experts at what they do. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! A wonderful, incredible experience! We highly recommend Scenic City Plumbing to everyone. Excellent company! Thank you!!!

  Dave Wells from Scenic City Plumbing came over to figure out, and fix a water leak at my house. He showed up on time, was professional, polite and efficient in figuring out the cause and fixing the problem. I have used the folks from Scenic City Plumbing before because they get the job done right the first time. They are good to have around, causeyou never know when you need a competent and reliable plumber.

  Justin Lowery came out the next morning after I called about our leaky kitchen sink. He fixed it promptly and was great to work with. He made sure the sink was fixed and charged a reasonable price. He did what was in our best interest and didn’t push additional products. He was very personable.

  Was trying to do what I thought was a simple repair to a toilet and things took a turn for the worse. I cross threaded the new valve and the shut off valve to the toilet wasn’t closing completely and all of this was in a close space. Went to my go to people - Scenic City - and they were able to work me in on the same day. Greg and Seth came in, undid my mistakes, replaced the shut off valve and wrapped things up within an hour after arriving. Super pleased!!

  My kitchen sink was leaking water due to some old putty where the drain basket was attached. David Wells and J.B. were able to replace it in a timely manner. Both were respectful and pleasant to talk to throughout the entire process. Since J.B. is still an apprentice I could hear David giving him clear explanations and tips on how to do the job properly. Scenic City Plumbing and David's commitment to rigorously training their staff is admirable and good sign of a healthy business in my eyes. I will definitely be reaching out to Scenic City Plumbing in the future for all my plumbing needs!
