  I hired Access Garage Doors to install a new Genie Garage Door opener and servicing my other two doors. Connor and the subsequent installation tech did a great job. Connor was knowledgeable about the entire process and suggested minor changes to the doors for better structural support that made sense. He did not oversell anything, just recommended items for long-term reliability. Most importantly, he suggested installing a keyed tether to release the trolley in case the motor failed (lower garage with no service door access). This was $150, and saved me $5,000 project where I was planning to cut a doorway into the brick wall and foundation, service door installation, concrete pad, exterior excavation and retaining wall. The service tech was polite, worked diligently, and did a really nice job on the install and servicing.

  I have used access garage doors multiple times for garage door replacement once and for adjustments and repairs and the service has always been great. The price has been good and the timing very good. Update April 2026: Outstanding service and integrity. I’ve been using Access Garage Doors for many years, and this visit reminded me why. Our garage door suddenly wouldn’t go up or down and had to be operated manually. The technician came out, diagnosed the issue quickly, and discovered that when springs were replaced back in 2022, the wrong springs had been installed. He replaced the springs, properly balanced and lubricated the door, checked and cleaned everything, and even reconnected and verified the safety sensor wiring. The door now operates smoothly and quietly. The best part? They didn’t charge me a penny because they stand behind their work with a lifetime warranty. That level of honesty and accountability is rare these days. Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Access Garage Doors and will continue to use them without hesitation.
