  Recently, I posted a bad reveiw on this company that I thought was true but when the company reviewed my experience they called me to get my side of the story. After speaking with the manager who talked to the owner They explained to me that my service call was handled completely wrong and they accepted total responsibility for the miscommunication that caused me to make an erroneous assumption about this company. My report was about being charged 195.00 for a service call that could have been handled on the phone I am retracting my previous statement and want to make it known that not only did the manager and owner review my experience they also returned my 195.00 and apologized for this miscommunication that brought about my whole bad experience. This company has proven to me that they are definitely full of integrity and stand behind everything they do. I am grateful this company reviews their work and their technicians work and actually care about the people they serve and I want to thank them for making this right and I look forward to using them in the future should I have any other problems with my garage door.
