  My A/C unit had frozen up due to a bad motor. It was repaired quickly (in the TN summer rain!). The technicians were professional and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

  I cannot recommend Star Heating and Air highly enough. I actually purchased my HVAC system from them 20 years ago, and thanks to their quality work, it’s still running. I recently needed service on the unit.​They responded to my call much more quickly than I expected. The team was incredibly ​friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. Before starting any repairs, they provided a clear breakdown of the costs so I could approve it ahead of time. No surprise fees, no hidden costs. They even sent me pictures of the work they did so I could see exactly what was done. ​It is rare to find a company that truly stands by their work for decades. Star Heating and Air has earned my complete trust, and when the time finally comes to replace my 20-year-old system, I will absolutely be getting my next one from them.

  I’ve had problems with my unit for several months now. Two different HVAC guys came out but still had problems. Called Star Heating & Air and they diagnosed the problem and made the repair the same day. Awesome!

  I had a great experience. The workers came to repair my air conditioner in less than 24 hours of my phone call. They were on time! The problem was fixed in less than an hour. The two technicians were very pleasant and respectful. I will continue to use this service in the future!
