  Moss Electric was super easy to work with and completed the work with confidence and speed. They went the extra step to ensure that everything was in proper order with the store's electrical issues. Definitely will use them again.

  Josh and the entire crew at Moss are top notch! I had Josh out last summer to rewire my deck, and was happy I knew who to call to tackle some creative solutions in powering a side building again this year. Josh works fast, is a problem-solver with deep understanding, able to trouble shoot what corners might’ve been cut in prior installations, righting wrongs and leaving no trace. He’s also just a great hang! Chris and Shawn were both fantastic on the phone, making the inquiry and appointment scheduling fun and friendly. 11/10 stars. Real people, honest answers, crowns work, up-front pricing, talent you can trust. Josh is the man. Thanks again, Moss!

  I requested an estimate, but they arrived a day late, blaming their scheduling app for the delay. I accepted their estimate after purchasing a $400 charger, and they said they would schedule the installation. A week later, I still hadn't received an email, so I started calling. Their call-screening software requires you to identify yourself before they answer. When I finally reached someone, they were short with me and sounded high. They told me they knew who I was and where I lived, and said they'd come the next day, but hung up without giving a time. I decided to hire someone else. When I called to cancel, they asked why, so I explained everything. The person then yelled at me for choosing another company and "wished me luck" with them. I wouldn't trust them to change a light bulb. "UPDATE: The business owner is retaliating against this negative review by doxxing my real name in the response below. I have reported this privacy violation to Google legal."

  The team at Moss electric was wonderful! Josh kept us updated on progress. He was very easy to get a hold of and completed all work in a timely manner as time was very important to us. I would definitely refer them to others and use them again in the future! Thanks for the great job!
