  Terrible Customer service! Attitude from the jump! How do you even run a business the way whoever answers the phone communicates with the paying customer? Asked how this person’s day was going, THE DAY OF OUR APPOINTMENT (which he was already 10 minutes late for) and he simply responded, “We have to move it until tomorrow!” and hung up the phone. This was the second rescheduling! I certainly wouldn’t want someone like this in my home, & Neither Should You! There are plenty of companies out here that’ll treat you with decency and respect. Unfortunately, this is not that company! 0/10

  Absolutely fantastic customer service. Root caused my electrical issue which stretched all throughout the house. Made sure everything was right. Offered some future ideas as well. Been looking for a go to electrician. I think I found them.

  Moss Electric was prompt and efficient. They got on the problem quickly and had me back up and running. The electricians were kind and courteous. I have used them before and will use them again if I have a need.

  I had a great experience with Moss Electric from the gecko. A neighbor of mine had used their service and highly recommended them. I immediately called and spoke to Colby Moss and we scheduled things immediately. Colby personally came out to the house to initially assess the situation, and then provided me a quote immediately. The quote was right in line within industry standards and was very honest. Colby’s service technicians, Josh and JR, came out to the house within the next week and took care of everything with the highest level of quality. They were so personable, professional, etc. that I will definitely be using Moss Electric in the future. They even took the time to talk to my son about baseball as he was heading off to his game. It’s just the type of service that everyone should be looking for.
