  I requested an estimate, but they arrived a day late, blaming their scheduling app for the delay. I accepted their estimate after purchasing a $400 charger, and they said they would schedule the installation. A week later, I still hadn't received an email, so I started calling. Their call-screening software requires you to identify yourself before they answer. When I finally reached someone, they were short with me and sounded high. They told me they knew who I was and where I lived, and said they'd come the next day, but hung up without giving a time. I decided to hire someone else. When I called to cancel, they asked why, so I explained everything. The person then yelled at me for choosing another company and "wished me luck" with them. I wouldn't trust them to change a light bulb. "UPDATE: The business owner is retaliating against this negative review by doxxing my real name in the response below. I have reported this privacy violation to Google legal."

  The team at Moss electric was wonderful! Josh kept us updated on progress. He was very easy to get a hold of and completed all work in a timely manner as time was very important to us. I would definitely refer them to others and use them again in the future! Thanks for the great job!

  Josh was amazing. Josh called right away. I wasn’t organized enough when I called Josh back. Got my self together. He showed up so freaking friendly and solid with what need to be done. Josh finish in hour with a homedepot run. Trust truly great! Kelly
