- CECyndi EdenAug 5, 20265.0I am giving 5 stars for speedy service on two different occasions within 6 months of each other. Billy was prompt and delivered exceptional service for a very reasonable price. On his latest return he noted that additional work needed to be done on our drain field lines and quoted a price. To date, we’ve not been able to reach him by phone, this was just over a month ago, to get the work completed. Billy, we really would like to have Poore Boys come back out as we liked your work ethic. Please contact us back.

He said he could come the following Thursday midmorning, which we said worked great. We waited all morning for him to show up. My husband called at 11am to check in to see if he was coming. He never answered so my husband left a voicemail. We never heard from him again. It's unfortunate that our friends had a wonderful experience and we had the exact opposite.
