  Tylor was very kind and explained very well what was wrong. Price was very reasonable. I will have to wait a few days to see if the problem has not come back, but so far, I am Very pleased.

  Responded very quickly. The problem had several different problems which meant multiple trips. Each time very capable service men came & were so knowledgeable, considerate & shared appropriate information. Whether communication was with office or workers who responded - I'd give the very highest rating!

  I want to thank this wonderful company for helping me today. My cat somehow got stuck in my air vent. I called Air Pro and a very nice and professional young man came immediately post my call and saved my cat. I will use Air Pro anytime I need services. Thank you all so much! Leah.

  Air Pro Heating and Air has consistently been excellent to deal with. They’re timely, reasonably priced, and most importantly, their technicians are top-notch when it comes to actually diagnosing a problem and fixing it correctly. Yesterday I dealt with Cameron, and he was fantastic. He took the time necessary to properly diagnose the issue, didn’t rush through the job, got everything fixed, and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. I’ll be the first to admit that I’m incredibly particular about service work. I like things done right, and I’m probably harder to please than most people when I’m paying someone to work on my home. Air Pro continues to meet that standard every time. It’s becoming harder and harder to find companies that show up when they say they will, charge a fair price, and have people who genuinely know what they’re doing. Air Pro checks all three boxes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

  After 2 months of waiting for parts from the manufacturer for my mini split (under warranty), it is finally fixed. The delay was caused by short staff at Johnson Tech Support, as well as, a nonexistent Johnson company representative. If I had to blame anything on AirPro it would be failure to follow up with Johnson and not keeping me informed regularly.
