  From the start, Lance was very informative, and NOT pushy GREAT, Dennis measured for accuracy, Amy kept the ball rolling with calls and updates, then Danny and crew installed and WE LOVE IT! I would recommend them to any of my friends. It gave me an option of five stars but I'd give them a 10

  Sam decided that he wanted to secretly record our encounter and even recorded us while he was not around while in our home. I have reached out to try and talk to a manager. Clearly this company does not shy away from aggressive and predatory sales practices. They have fallen so far from my first patio enclosure with this very same company ironically with the same salesman years ago at a different house. The 25% sales price we received was 25k dollars more for an inferior product than the competitor gave us not 1 week prior. The price isn’t the 1 star while disappointing, is always negotiable in the right context. the recording of a conversation while he was in the house and still recording in the house while he was out in his car is the reason. These companies need to be held responsible. I’ll be contacting the BBB. *addition only. I can appreciate audio recording for quality/standards in your office, phone lines, etc. I can also see how you would think you are covered for “consent”. I want to make this known for the world to hear. Your salesman left my house while his device was still recording and was not part of any of the conversation secretly recording us while he was not part of any of the conversation. The one part consent was therefore removed according to the state. Written and implied consent is fluid and can be withdrawn at any point in time. I guess we could have the court sort this out. You might want to think about how you present your salespeople in the future recording without direct consent of the homeowner. He was clearly hiding it and I was the one that turned off the recording device. Highly disappointed and you need to delete the recording or you can have your law office contact me.

  My wife and I were looking for additional property to buy and then decided after much deliberation it would be best to try to increase the value of our home. The design process was easy and through the completion constant communication with their team made it easy. I would recommend them to anyone, we love our new sunroom

  What a wonderful experience working with a company that cares about the quality of their work and the customers they serve. Our sunroom has been transformed into a beautiful place to enjoy year round. Amy, who was my contact rep throughout the project was a great person to work with. 5 stars all around!

  SAM RECORDED OUR CONSULT WITHOUT OUR CONSENT. Sam stepped out to his truck to gather paint samples and left his iPad for us to browse through project photos and that when we realized he was recording us. Sam- your behavior was deplorable. How dare you come into my home and record me and my family without our consent? One person consent may have applied when you were in our home (but you’re still a dang creep for doing that) but when you stepped out of our home you were committing a felony. How. Dare. You. This company is trash and their quote was nearly double their competitors.
