- FAFielding Ables2 days ago5.0Trent has been working to replace a HVAC system at mother-in-law’s house, which was necessary as we look to sell her house. I had had a reputable tech from the HVAC/plumbing/electrical company, where we pay a monthly membership fee, to come by and take a look at my unit, and they quoted me for a 750 dollar valve that needed replacing. I asked Trent to come give us a second opinion given what I’d seen with how well he and Benny James have been to deal with at my MIL’s house. Turns out it was simply a component out of position, and Trent fixed it immediately with no charge to us. We will be canceling our monthly “gold-family” membership with the larger company and doing all HVAC through Benny James from now on.

We sent in a service request at 3 a.m., and Mr. Darren was at our house by 9:30am that same morning! He replaced the motor, added new Freon to our older AC unit, and had us back up and running that day. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, and the entire experience couldn’t have been more seamless.. especially during what could have been a very stressful situation with four kids and no AC! We are so thankful for the quick response and wonderful service. We would 100% recommend them to anyone needing heating or air conditioning work. Thank you so much!
