We love that this is a locally owned and operated family business, literally multiple family members work here and they are all so kind. They only recommend products they would put in their own home and repairs they would personal make to their own homes. Michael fixed the problem with the leaky faucet in the shower and changed a couple valves which eliminated the thumping sounds. Stated there was too much water pressure. Once he changed the valve the thumping stopped. Michael is friendly and very professional and knows what he is doing. Highly recommend!

Called late at night and talked with Jennifer who then talked with Michael over the phone he discussed how to turn the water off. They arrived the next day and fixed the issue and even came to the store to help with getting the right dishwasher. A few weeks later I called him again to help with my mud sink. Very reasonable prices and great work. Also very friendly, his wife is the best! Great communication!
