- CDChristina DixonSep 8, 20265.0The Sales Manager, Brandon, and Sales Person, Juleah, were absolutely awesome! Juleah was from another store filling in, but she couldn't have been more professional when she had questions for Brandon (due to her not being from the Franklin store). They were patient, friendly, and very honest. I would highly recommend the Franklin Lumber Liquidators! Thanks again for a great experience!
- SBSherrin BernsteinSep 2, 20265.0Heartfelt thank you to Brandon, Store Manager at the Franklin location. Not only was he patient (repeated himself multiple times), but he gave me visuals and tactical experience of the difference between the products. In short, he gave me a better understanding of my options. He educated me on quality, performance and value. He even was game to watch the video I had taken to count the number of steps in the stairwell that I might need materials for because I hadn’t thought to count the steps. But, the best part of my experience with him, was simply talking. He allowed me the space to cover a lot of things that are on my mind. We talked about everything from brown recluse spiders to what my goals were for the property should I pass prematurely versus live another 30 years and he genuinely seemed interested in our conversation and the project.
- FRfred rugglesOct 30, 20255.0These guys did great! Brandon especially!! He went above and beyond by bringing some supplies to my house that were not on a delivery load - on his own time!!! Great guy to work with!
- CCClaire CopeSep 27, 20251.0Salesperson in the showroom was not knowledgeable. If you order online you may be okay, but I don't recommend trying to get any advice from the store.
