He was super knowledgeable and accommodating, and communicated the many options and benefits or drawbacks of each product. After giving us a variety of samples to test out, we were able to find the flooring we were really happy with and they turned out perfectly. The floors are high quality and we expect them to last a long time. The pricing was also very competitive. Highly recommend HB, and a big thanks to Luke!

We then found a hardwood we really liked and worked with Luke to place an order and hire an installer. Luke was amazing in communicating with us and walking us through each step of the process, checking in to make sure we were taken care of at each step. HB and the team there, especially Luke, gave stellar customer service with complete professionalism yet a very caring attitude and attention to detail. We are so pleased with the product and outcome! It is truly a worry free process working with Hardwood Bargains! In our experience in building our new home, this level of professionalism and customer service is not the norm!
