  We had a wonderful experience with Hardwood Bargains in Franklin. We worked with Luke Azpell to find the perfect floor for our home, and we absolutely did. The flooring looks beautiful, and we could not be happier with the result. Luke was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He gave us samples of multiple floors, explained the different options clearly, and had great knowledge about the products. He even stayed after hours to help us and continued to check in during the delivery process and afterward to make sure everything went well. We truly appreciated the excellent customer service and would highly recommend Hardwood Bargains and Luke to anyone looking for new flooring.

  What can i say .. I have honestly had the best experience with this company, especially Luke who has guided me through the whole process with ease. The flooring arrived exactly when it was supposed to and it was in excellent condition too, as it had travelled over to Oregon from Texas. When it was fitted it looked absolutely stunning. I am so happy with it. Would not hesitate to use again on other projects. Thanks again Luke !

  We are repeat customers of Hardwood Bargains. Their inventory, pricing and purchase policies are literally unmatched in my experience. Our most recent purchase was for a very large custom built home. We worked very closely with Luke who was extremely knowledgeable and helped with many decisions from square footage down to the amount and type of trim pieces we would need. I even shared our blueprints with Luke so he knew exactly where the flooring would be installed. Luke was with us every step of the way, from the time we made our initial deposit 'til several months before we far enough along in the construction process to actually have Luke ship the product to us. When the shipment arrived we had three 2,900 lb pallets of LVP which we had installed after the flooring had a chance to acclimate to it's new environment. From my first conversation with Luke until I could show him pics of the final install several months later, Luke would take the time to call me to stay abreast of our construction progress and make sure Hardwood Bargains would be ready to ship the flooring as soon as we gave him the green light. We've now been in our new home two months and without exception all of friends and family comment on how much the love the floor. Also know that we have four dogs and a cat and their nails haven't scratched the floor even a tiny bit despite all their activity and antics chasing each around the house. I don't often write reviews but Luke and Hardwood Bargains deserve my time and effort to document my experience so you too can make the right flooring decision. But don't take my word for it. Check out the pics I've posted. You may think these were professionally staged photographs. They're not! This is my house with pics taken with my iPhone.
