- KMKaitlyn MaloneJul 7, 20261.0Absolutely impossible to get a hold of anyone that is not in sales. We’re having issues with our home and home warranty has now ghosted us. Small items have been addressed when it comes to outside contractors however anything big they drag their feet. It’s impossible to get anyone to respond now that we have bought our home and closed. Extremely dissappointed. Our upstairs flooring is not level and our stairs don’t even match our flooring. That’s just the start of issues we have had.
