    Amazing experience all around and phenomenal customer service! That’s all you really need to know. Our experience with Carpet Den Interiors was one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had! Shelby worked with us over and over again to make sure that we were satisfied and excited about our carpet choices. She had great communication, and not once did we feel like we were being pushed into any decisions. Over the time we were working with her, we came to better understand what we wanted and needed for our family in terms of flooring, and she was right there to answer any questions we had, anytime we had them. The install day was equally as good! Two installers came first thing in the morning and finished our entire home in one day (5 bedrooms, including bathrooms and a bonus room). They were kind, courteous, and paid special attention to details. They cleaned up after themselves, vacuumed all of our floors, and made sure nothing was out of place, scratched or broken. If we ever need to redo/replace any flooring in our home, I will go back to Carpet Den Interiors in a heartbeat!

    We are so happy with our recent experience with CDI. Our salesperson, Kyrsten, provided excellent communication from the beginning. From the time we stepped in to the store, she listened to what we were looking for and showed us the exact type of products we were interested in. Not only did this make us want to work with Carpet Den Interiors, it also allowed us to make our decision quickly and move forward with our project. We completed our initial project and came back to Kyrsten for help with a second project a week later. Our experience was streamlined, the communication was clear from both the salesperson and the installation crews, and we are so happy with our new flooring! I would definitely recommend Carpet Den Interiors.

    Our kitchen flooring installation began on Friday, December 26. However, the shoe‑in portion of the baseboards was left unfinished because it was not in the work order, and both the toilet and sink were detached and left in our garage. We were informed that the installation crew would return on Monday, December 29, but they neither arrived nor contacted me, the contractor, or the Carpet Den representative to reschedule. This lack of communication was my first indication that the project was not being handled professionally. When I reached out to the Carpet Den representative, I was surprised to learn that he believed the job had already been completed. He did not know about the incomplete work or the condition of our kitchen floors. On December 31, I was finally notified that the installers would return on Tuesday, January 5. I was later told that the pantry door would need to be trimmed due to the height of the new flooring, which is an acceptable adjustment. What is not acceptable is the ongoing lack of communication and accountability. The installers also left a bucket under the tap where the bathroom sink had been improperly removed. The tap has been dripping continuously, requiring the bucket to be emptied twice daily. On the first night, the bucket overflowed, causing water to spill into the basement creating a mess. I got in contact with a Retail installer manager named Matt who was able to move the installation up to Monday, December, 4. I had high expectations for Carpet Den, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. The level of unprofessionalism displayed throughout the latter portion of the installation process is unacceptable, and a flooring project should not take 11 days to complete under these circumstances.

    Needed replacement tiles. Darci was able to find original build information, order the tiles and grout. Excellent customer service. Easy process to pay and sign (phone & Docusign).

    The whole experience with carpet den was exceptional! Communication was clear and precise and the floor work was perfection. Will be doing future needs with CD!
