  We purchased a brand-new home through Celebration Homes, and our real estate agent told us that Carpet Den installs the flooring in all of their new builds. We truly love the look of our floors, but unfortunately our experience with the installation and follow-up service has been extremely disappointing. From the day we moved in, there was a laminate plank sticking up near our refrigerator. We reported the issue multiple times, but it took a significant amount of time before someone finally came out to repair it. Unfortunately, the repair was not done correctly. The replacement plank has never sat flush with the rest of the floor and has continued to stick up ever since. The installer communicated with us in very broken English and instructed us to place heavy objects on top of the plank for a while, assuring us that it would settle into place. We followed those instructions, but it made no difference. After realizing the repair had failed, we contacted Carpet Den again. Months passed with no response. I have repeatedly reached out to Chad, but I continue to get the runaround with no resolution. Because this issue was not addressed in a timely manner, it has now extended beyond the one-year warranty period. During that time, the improperly installed plank has led to additional damage, and multiple planks in our kitchen are now beginning to crack. For the investment we made in a brand-new home, I expected much better quality workmanship and customer service. This issue was reported from the beginning, and the delays in addressing it should not become the homeowner’s responsibility. I sincerely hope someone from Carpet Den’s management sees this review and takes the opportunity to make this right. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase a company to correct an installation issue that was reported from day one.

  Huge seam in middle of heavy traffic. Said it would lay down. Came back out and said it was normal. Wanted me to pay hundreds to have it cleaned with their chosen cleaner. Warranty manager came back out and denied the claim saying it was normal? Years later still have the seam. Never use again.

  We just had two carpet runners installed in our new home in East Nashville, by Carpet Den Interiors, in Franklin, TN. We had the best experience with both buying and installation of the runners! The store is pretty and welcoming, with a great selection to choose from. Nathon Sellers greeted us, and was very friendly! He honed in to my style pretty quickly, and showed us the perfect choice! We set a date for him to come out to give us a quote for our two staircases. He arrived on time, and was very professional and friendly. He was quick to email me a quote, and describe the next steps. Our installer, Adrian, contacted us with a time, and arrived at that time! He was prepared and worked efficiently and quickly! He was both professional and friendly, and took the time to pat my dogs on the head! The outcome is amazing! The best, quality work! Nathon followed up to make sure we were happy! We are, and highly recommend Carpet Den Interiors, as we will use them again in the future!

  Our wall-to-wall carpet was installed today. We are very satisfied with the value of the carpet, the patient assistance of Ashley as we deliberated over different colors and patterns, and the efficient and professional installation. It looks great. Smells great. Feels great. I highly recommend Carpet Den.

  Amazing experience all around and phenomenal customer service! That’s all you really need to know. Our experience with Carpet Den Interiors was one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had! Shelby worked with us over and over again to make sure that we were satisfied and excited about our carpet choices. She had great communication, and not once did we feel like we were being pushed into any decisions. Over the time we were working with her, we came to better understand what we wanted and needed for our family in terms of flooring, and she was right there to answer any questions we had, anytime we had them. The install day was equally as good! Two installers came first thing in the morning and finished our entire home in one day (5 bedrooms, including bathrooms and a bonus room). They were kind, courteous, and paid special attention to details. They cleaned up after themselves, vacuumed all of our floors, and made sure nothing was out of place, scratched or broken. If we ever need to redo/replace any flooring in our home, I will go back to Carpet Den Interiors in a heartbeat!
