  Kelsey at Cabinets to Go in Franklin has been rude and tells me my order has been submitted for processing, then I find that something was wrong with the order and she has to send me the docusign again. I had to go to the store to get a response the 2nd time this happened, as they don't answer the phone or return calls. Today is my 7th time to sign the docusign agreement. This process started on April 26 and it's now May 27 and the fabricator still does not have the order. They have had my money for a month, and can't seem to do it right the first 7 times. I finally had to call their customer service department.

  The Designer “EXPERT” didn’t show up for our scheduled appointment so I called the showroom and she answered. She told me on the phone that it slipped her mind but she could head over within 30 minutes. When she got here I asked a few more questions (which I should’ve done on the front end) because her appearance was completely unprofessional and that’s when I learned she’d been working for them for “about a year” and had ZERO training to be a kitchen designer. Needless to say I’ll be contacting someone else.

  Krystal was a pleasure to work with! She gave me a design and quote in a few hours online and when I went into the showroom the next day for some advice and design changes, she was extremely accommodating and professional. The original design changed dramatically with her being patient and offering great ideas. The end result was perfect and a great value for the money.
