  Replaced lots of cheap “builder grade” plastic stops and a full shower valve replacement install in just 1/2 a day. Outstanding quality and while cost was not insignificant, we are very happy we did it.

  Great experience with these guys! Had a few unexpected surprises along the way but they handled it all professionally and kindly. Were also considerate of us having a dog and would put the fencing back up in between work days so he wouldn’t get out. Highly recommend these guys. Jason

  John and his coworker came over to fix a nonfunctioning HVAC, correct the drain pipe that took water outside and replace the existing electric water heater with a tankless water heater. They were efficient, answered all my questions and got the job done within 24 hours of my call. very highly recommended.

  Service techs were amazing and super friendly! Unfortunately it was $348 and they were here exactly 22 minutes. I understand a visit fee in case someone just wants an estimate, but to charge a 99 dollar “cover charge” just for allowing you to then pay for the repair is simply unfair. The 99 dollars at the very least should go towards the repair. And why is there a minimum price? If the repair only takes 22 minutes maybe there’s an hourly rate and you round up to a 1 hour minimum. But to charge 348 dollars to fix something that takes 22 minutes just “because you can” is bad customer service anyway you slice. I’ll never use them again.

  I had Benjamin Franklin plumbing come to my house to replace a rod inside my electric water heater that collects sediment under warranty. They put the water heater in four years ago and under the warranty it was time for this rod to be changed. They did a fantastic job. So why the plumber was there? I asked him how much she would cost to change the water heater drain valve on the bottom. I actually had the parts there. He priced it up and he told me labor would be $512.00 I think that’s a stupid amount of money for such a small job. He told me it would take about an hour. I looked it up on the Internet, Web and the average prices anywhere from $75-$175 Benjamin Franklin wanted to charge $512.00.moving forward I would use them again but with their prices being so high it gives me an opportunity to look around.
