I have reached out multiple times to the warranty’s email as well as my phone since March. I have not gotten a response. As well as multiple employees of DRB have come out to my home with no solution. We purchased a new DRB home in January 2026 and have been extremely disappointed with the warranty process and the lack of accountability after closing. Our concerns include noticeably uneven flooring and an abrupt approximately ¾-inch raised transition directly at the top of the stairs, which we believe presents a serious tripping hazard—especially with young children in the home. Despite repeatedly reporting these issues, we have not received an adequate repair plan or a clear explanation of why they are not being addressed under the warranty. In fact today, we were told that they weren’t going to fix this issue. We have been completely blown off and let on the last few months as DRB has gone through major staffing changes we have been passed along to now five different people only to be told that they won’t be fixing the issue nor do they think they have an obligation to apparently. Buying a new home should come with confidence that legitimate workmanship and safety concerns will be taken seriously. Instead, communication has been inconsistent, responsibility has been passed around, and we have been left trying to get basic answers and appropriate repairs. Unfortunately, based on our experience after closing, I cannot recommend DRB Homes. There are other home builders in Fairview save yourself and go with one of them.
