- SSSarah2 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience. Communication was poor, and after attempting to get an estimate, the interaction with the estimator was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. If a company is unable or unwilling to take on a job, that can certainly be communicated respectfully and professionally. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left a very negative impression. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Everyone that helped with our project was professional and kind, particularly our site supervisor, Ray. He was so friendly and went above and beyond answering all our questions along the way and kept us informed on the entire process, all while making the remodel relatively stress free. Mike and his team clearly make honesty and transparency a priority and we appreciate that tremendously!
