  Clark Heating & Cooling has been a wonderful company to work with. 2 times they have come for emergency Heating concerns. We have started doing the yearly maintenance and I'm so glad we did. They found an issue before it was an emergency situation. They are very reasonably priced for both maintenance and emergency work. I would be proud to recommend them to anyone looking for Heating or Cooling needs.

  I've got a Lennox 5 ton all electric heatpump that's only 3.5 yrs old. I've been using Clark for a few years now and they came out to do seasonal maintenance on it and found out it was 3lbs low on refrigerant. I had them refill because house wasn't cooling properly but that was a temp fix to make it through the last of the heat wave in Tennessee. Then they came out a week later to do a leak test and found a hole in the upper coil. Luckily it was still under what I thought was a 10 yrs warranty but come to find out the company that did the original install never filed the paper work! Any way it was still under 5 yrs manufacturer warranty but they only covered the part! I still had to cover the labor and refrigerant on a 3.5 yrs old unit! Big shout out to Bryan for riding Lennox's butt on wanting to charge me 100 bucks for shipping a warranty part! So, in the end Clark pulled through and went above and beyond by not just repairing my hvac but aslo doing some preventive maintenance that should of been done at install to hopefully keep my unit going for years to come! Thanks for everything!

  I had Tim from Clark’s come out and install a quick release natural gas fitting for my portable backup generator. From the initial consultation / quote to the final leak testing – Tim was courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to have out. Clark’s is my trusted source for all things HVAC - (and even some things not directly HVAC related). I trust them so much. I might start asking what else outside of HVAC they can do for us 😉

  We had an absolute fantastic experience with Clark’s heating and cooling in Dixon, Tennessee from start to finish the entire process was professional efficient and exceeded our expectations. A huge shout out to dusty Erin and Roland who did an amazing job with the installation. They were knowledgeable, respectful, hard-working, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. They kept us informed throughout the process and left everything cleaned in great shape when they were finished it’s not every day you come across

  Extraordinary in every way! We were a customer of Precision Air, so Mr. Clark (Johnny) inherited our house in the end stage when Precision operations folded into his firm. There were problems that he had to resolve that he inherited with our new home construction. And, immediately, we were in great hands! Johnny personally spoke with us routinely - while handling a frustrated Precision customer like me 😢 with great patience & professionalism. I owe him a great deal. He’s guided us through little corrections and finishing issues, and did all the legwork himself, then guided his team to help us, through final permitting. He personally helped us with permitting on a late Friday evening !! when we needed the state inspection the next Monday! ❤️ Anyone with a new home build knows what this means. ❤️ That’s help way “above and beyond.” I would say to anyone simply, I cannot imagine anyone better to trust your home to, there’s no one we could trust more, than Mr Clark. Johnny was a great gift to us when we needed his professionalism and his expertise. He was the technical and process expert we needed at a tough time. I cannot recommend anyone more highly than Mr. Johnny Clark.
