- BEBill E2 days ago5.0Jacob and James were terrific! Their arrival was announced by a timely text and email mesg. Jacob explained what was covered under my service plan. I asked a question about the unit running during out latest power outage which was answered to my satisfaction. They then went about their work. After the service was completed, Jacob explained what was done. A very good crew, I'm pleased with the visit. Thanks, Bill

She knows her stuff and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. She is extremely kind, very informative and took the time to sit down at my kitchen table with me and explain everything. We are thankful for his quick response to our predicament and timely diagnosis for the fix. We believe purchasing the extended warranty and service plans is money well spent.

They did a great job overcoming a few initial issues - electric boxes had to be changed out or moved and a bush that had to be moved, to get it installed properly. I really appreciated how they kept me informed, aware and in on the decision-making process!
- BWBrian WarkAug 12, 20261.0Signed up for annual subscription for maintenance on my Generac generator got notified that a sensor had gone bad contacted premier generator and was told they no longer service my area. My agreement was not due to expire until October 2026 and they refused to repair my generator they also refused to pro rate my agreement and issue me a refund. I would not pay this company in advance for anything you will be sorry
