  My friends experience with this company: She calls them, during business hours. They come out, add some 410, slide the visa and they're on their way. I decided to add her invoice so you all could see that they charged her for a tank of 410 and hit the road. Based in their description, they did not leak check as required and it also says in the 410 description that it "doesn't include any leak findings or repairs" and they put the cherry on top with "per EPA leaks must be repaired"....yet, tech suggests a line cover with no discussion of leak repairing verbally nor in writing. Just wanted to "add some and see how it goes". I think not. If you're gonna charge for a tank, and not do the rest of the work, at least leave her the tank she paid for so she can add it WHEN this happens again and lets not be mistaken, it WILL happen again. So let this invoice be a fair warning that should you choose this business, you'll be paying for it one way or another. If you still decide to give them a chance, please watch them work. Ensure they are actually doing their job instead of blindly trusting them because you think they care about their work. I would HATE to know what they charge for an emergency. Do your due diligence and read ALL the reviews, not just the good ones. Read the bad ones and check your local groups by searching the company name. You'll see she's not the only one with a complaint. However, should the business actually read this review, and decide it is misguided I'm so happy to receive any further tech notes should they exist and I'll happily change my review to reflect such but based on how informative this invoice is, I don't think there will be any further tech notes.

  I'm normally not a fan of Crossville Heating and Cooling but Angel Roland, the plumber they sent, was very good. His job was to flush our tankless hot water heaters and he completed the task quickly and efficiently. He was pleasant. He also took photos of all our fixtures and tested each one to proper function. He arrived on time and even called in advance. If he is the new caliber of Crossville Heating and Cooling Plumbers then I'm on my was to becoming a fan.

  New owner of the house so wanted the ac unit checked. Nicholas Toeur arrived on time and went to work. Got a very thorough inspection and a comprehensive report. Was able to sign up for service program going forward.

  Came next day for installation. Great. Did not offer pricing choices. 10K -11.6 K. Charged 11.6K for 2 1/2 ton? Unit. HVAC unit looks like Obama’s Library. Ugly, not a suburban/home design unit. Honeywell thermostat does not register correct temperature 2 degrees off and called multiple times about problem and sent out an engineer who reviewed vent openings and closing and checked ductwork connections. I have a digital thermometer that’s indicates temperature 70 degrees in Livng room but wall Honeywell thermostat indicates 72 degrees. Checked it over three weeks and no change. So called and electric guy came out and checked electrical hookup in unit but no problem. So keep calling and Sone one ( hopefully thermostat guy) was to make a call but never showed up after two no shows. So I guess I will have to guess or set thermostat 2 degrees off to get temperature I want I. Home. Very frustrating for 11,6 K HVAC system. So not satisfied.
