  I absolutely do not recommend using this company…we had a technician out because our heating unit made quite a loud noise when trying to start and then would not push warm air out. We are a family on a single income and I was upfront about that when I called…we have four children, one of them being a newborn, so no heat is not an option. The technician came out and immediately said that we had a cheap “contractor” unit (it’s a 10 year old York unit) but we have had it serviced as recently as last year around this time. So, right off the bat, without even looking at it-he’s telling us it’s a piece of crap. He unscrewed one panel and it had some rust in it and quoted us $6,000 for a repair and also mentioned that if there is rust on this part there’s “probably” rust internally and those parts can cause carbon monoxide to build up in the home and it “kills families”. He then tells us that we may as well buy a new unit which will cost us $13,000 and that we can finance it. We told him that we needed time to think about it. There was no diagnosing anything-he couldn’t even do the bare minimum of unscrewing the other panel to give us piece of mind. We always get a second option and I’m SO glad we did. We called Miller Heating and Air and they came out and gave us a FREE second opinion….their technician actually took the panel off where the parts “could” be putting carbon monoxide back in our house and we thankfully found them to be completely rust free. Our new quote is $684 to repair the rusted fan (which fell out when the new technician removed the grate off of our exhaust pipe) …yet another thing that was not even removed to diagnose our issue. So, all in all, I’d give them ZERO stars. They obviously get some kickback from selling new units and their tactic is to scare postpartum moms without even doing the work of checking. We gave them $99 for the technician to unscrew ONE panel and then proceed to try to scare us into spending more money than we had. If you’ve made it this far, don’t waste your time OR money. Call Miller Heating and Air and get a TRUTHFUL quote. Oh and we were told that their service fee was $79…but then charged $99. 0 stars. And to make it “right” the LEAST you can do is refund this family our $99 and I’ll happily edit this that you did do that.

  Original gas line installation had 3 leaks. Christian repiped and repaired them, all while keeping a smile on his face and a can-do attitude. Great job!

  Bryan and his crew were diligent in replacing my entire heat pump system. While the project required many more hours than planned, they started early in the morning and stayed with the job until late into the night (in a Friday night no less).

  Derric and Josh with Echo Home Solutions, part of Crossville Heating & Cooling, did an excellent job installing our new air conditioning system today. They also relocated our thermostat and installed a new one. They were thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They took their time, paid attention to the details, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. We were very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend Derric, Josh, and Crossville Heating & Cooling. Excellent service from start to finish!

  In August of 2025 our HVAC system went out. We reached out to Crossville heating and cooling and the initial sales man that came out was great. He told us we would need all new duct work and new indoor and outdoor unit. We thought for sure we had the right company. But we were sadly wrong. We were told the whole project, indoor and outdoor unit, new duct work and return would take 2-3 days. That project ended up being 5. And it was a horrible final project. When the workers left, we had duct work that wasn’t even secured, duct work going over a door frame, duct work not properly sealed, duct work that had been cut and was actively holding condensation. On top of that. The air return was never sealed up and the air return vent was never even installed into the wall and fell off within a day. And the trunk line for the air return was never sealed. The drain pipe that they “installed” went straight into an unknown line, possibly septic drain line with no air gap. Within 2 weeks our system failed. We called and they sent out the same two people. And “fix” the duct work that was actively dipping moisture. Within 6-8 weeks the entire system failed again. Two new technicians were called out and advised us that the system failed because no condensate pump was ever installed. Who proceeded to install a condensate pump that they hard wired directly into the breaker for the air handler and never hooked up the safety fail switch. We had to wait for a new circuit, which they never called us and told us came in. We had to call them after a week. They installed everything and told us our system most likely fail within a year because of all the bad work but they wouldn’t touch someone else’s work because they could be blamed. Fast forward to Sep 2026. Our system completely failed again, our condensation pump stopped working and flooded our basement. Along with the new “circuit” failing. Needless to say this company is a joke. We currently have no air but we reached out to a different company to fix the entire project. We were charged over $17,000 for this project that has been anything but good. Absolutely would not recommend this company.
