Joey was amazing! We got the unit in 2019, I complained from day one of a gas leak, every tech that came out stated it was normal, Joey actually took the time and found the leak! He was very professional, and respectful

Technician did his job very well and showed me that another company that came out was supposed to service. My unit didn't do their job right and I will deal with that Monday morning so I gave him a 5 plus thank you.

Aaron Patronaggio from Action was a delight and very polite. Although it has not yet been 24 hours, everything appears to be installed well and working as desired. He was very neat, apparently capable, and attentive to my requests. He replaced our aged, home water filtration system; and he had to study and conduct research in order to find us an acceptable replacement at an acceptable price. We are very pleased with his services!

Action Heating and Cooling provided fast response with courteous, friendly and knowledgeable representatives. Action’s Hunter Hoffman did an excellent job running my hvac through its paces and identifying issues and possible fixes. I have used Action in the past and I’ve always been happy with the services, cost and results. After consulting with Action’s Brandon Pollock as well as Hunter, I decided to replace my twenty two year old unit with a new unit at a very good price. Today, Action ‘s Zach and Alex replaced my 22 year old hvac system. They did an excellent job and the new system is up and running perfectly. The workspace has been completely cleaned up and looks better than it did before the project began. I recommend Action Heating and Cooling and plan to use them in the future.
