For one they have the best prices, which is what led me to rent a mini excavator to begin with. Second, the total experience was professional and pleasant from the start. I dealt mainly with Jenna, but had great experiences with some other members of the team. Their level of integrity is what struck me most of all, and for those reasons i look forward to renting from them for any equipment i may need in the future. To people shopping around: I cant reccomend United Rentals enough!
