I was greeted promptly and although the employee was not immediately certain the exact item was in stock, he took the time to walk me to the correct area and review several options with me. It was a positive experience, and I would definitely return if I needed specialized or hard-to-find plumbing parts.

Tried to get people to help me find stuff have sat around on two different occasions for 20+ minutes. No help. The last time I went in there I couldn’t even go pick what I needed and no one would help; literally the worst plumbing supply store I’ve ever been to. As a homebuilder I will never use Ferguson.
