- RMRick McIntosh2 days ago5.0Robert was our technician and he was very personable and knowledgeable of what our AC problem was and had us back in cool air within 30 minutes upon his arrival. He also checked the health of our 3 years old unit and advised that we may need a compressor motor in the future? But offered it as information more than trying to sell us. I would definitely recommend Robert and the Charles Stone team.

- FOForrest Overton6 days ago5.0AC HVAC had stopped cooling. Ashton got out the next day. Found the problem, a mouse shorted out a capacitor, had the parts and got us going within about 2 hours. Parts covered under warranty. Service call and labor $166. Ashton, service tech, was excellent.
