Their main guy comes in here telling me everything that he CAN NOT do. couple of light cap blocks need to be moved, NO he can not do that, so I as a 71 yr. old woman have no problem moving them, Had them before at my rental house and he would have done NOTHING if my renter had not shamed him into doing some work. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
