  I had already used Choate’s for some plumbing issues in the past and was happy to try them for our broken air conditioner. Not only were they able to come out the same day we called but Mr. Casey Vincent was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He helped confirm an estimate that we had gotten before and even pointed out some things the other vendor had missed. I would highly recommend him.

  My neighbor recommended Choates and I am very glad he did. Dallas Grant was my technician and he was great. I had several issues which he investigated and then proceeded to take care of each one. I am very pleased.

  Choate’s I was having plumbing issues. I called Choate’s, because I saw that my neighbor had used them. I called to schedule an appointment. Spoke with a AI representative for Choate’s. There was not going to be a service call charge or diagnostic charge according to their AI representative. According to Choate’s AI representative, there was no charge if I refused to have them do the work. I was then transferred a Choate’s employee who schedule the appointment. The next day the Choate’s technician Joshua came out. I told him what was going on. He looked at what I showed him. He took pictures. Enter the information into his system on his phone and came up with the price. I told him there wasn’t anyway that I can afford to pay that is there anyway that they could take something off? He said he would talk with his manager. He came back told me that they would take off $60 which was the service fee to come out. I told him I still cannot afford that. Is there anything else you can do and I ask him if he’d go to his truck, because I needed to talk to my son. Joshua’s manager Johnathan called me trying to see if they could work it out. I told him I could not afford that amount even with the $60 taken off, I said so you might as well leave he said you’re gonna have to pay $159 for today for the service fee and then diagnostic. I said he did not do anything there was nothing done. I’ve already signed off that I refused it. Then the manager Johnathan told me then that then they would have to send it to a collections. I asked him send what to collections nothing was done. He said then we will have to mark your account. I said what do you mean mark my account, number one I don’t have an account. Johnathan told me that we would post that they would never come to my house. I said OK that’s your problem not mine and Joshua left. 1. Choate’s own AI representative said there was no charge. It had nothing to do with me. 2. Threatening me by telling me that they’re gonna send me to collections when nothing was done. 3. Then threatening me again by telling me that they’re gonna mark me as do not come to my house. Like they’re the only company out there. 4. Joshua did his job as he was told to do by his company. The price and the manager Johnathan is the reason I will not use Choate’s or recommend them. Update! I wasn’t expecting a verbal reply to my review but the operation’s manager Jason contacted me today a Saturday morning. His apology of the situation and his assurances that it will be addressed I will be giving Choate’s another chance!! I appreciate Jason taking the time to reach out to me.

  Mark Ingram came out to quote a duct cleaning job. His inspection was very thorough. He explained the service and did not try to upsell on unnecessary services. The quote provided was very competitive. Mark was very professional. Highly recommend Choates.

  I highly recommend Choates Heating and Air!! My technician was Omar Lockett. He was timely mannerly and knowledgeable. Omar troubleshot my issues and thoroughly explained my situation and told me what to do to keep it from happening again. He didn’t mind my many questions. Omar was very efficient. Choates has been a life saver to this asthmatic woman!! They came right out the same day! For all your heating and air needs, call Choates… you won’t be disappointed!
