  Clayton arrived a little earlier than expected that was OK with us. He went to work inspecting our units and was gone in about 40 minutes. Very efficient.

  Yesterday, Melton Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new gas pack unit at my home. Their installers, Duncan and David, did a phenomenal job. They were friendly, efficient, super meticulous, and highly skilled. They were extremely knowledgeable about the system and answered all of my questions. They gave me a high degree of confidence I selected the right HVAC company for this investment in my home.

  Came at designated time, texted before coming, reported no problems found. I plan to continue to use Meltons because they are locally owned, a real person answers the phone, they responded quickly to a voicemail message and I didn't get passed around to several different departments to get done what I needed to do. Yay!

  I called on a Monday morning for an estimate to repair or replace ductwork. I was told a tech would be at my house between 11 a.m. & 1 p.m. The tech showed up on time, but spent more time in his truck than he did looking at the work to be estimated. I called back around 4 p.m. but got a recording. I called back a few minutes later, same recording. A few minutes later I got a text saying something was wrong with their phones, but they would have the tech that came to my house call me. No one from Meltons has called me as of Thursday afternoon. I called another company on Tuesday, they gave me an estimate that afternoon and they completed the job today. I figure Meltons doesn't want my business anymore and will recommend the other company from now on.
