  Evans garage door is family owned business NOT corporate own. Josh and his intern were fantastic. They replaced one with two spting which was needed for our heavy garage door. They were in and out in less than 25 minutes and lubricated everything. I am fussy who works on things in my house. But I HIGHLY recommend them and trust them. They were great

  If I could give Evans 100 stars, I would! Another company installed our garage door (a long story, but in hindsight we should have chosen Evans from the beginning). A short time later, that company told us the garage door opener motor—which had actually been installed by Evans a few years earlier—was failing. Concerned, I called Evans, and they sent technicians to our home within a few days. The Evans team inspected and adjusted the motor, thoroughly evaluated the entire system, and confirmed that the motor wasn't failing at all. They also pointed out several issues with the way our new garage door had been installed and gave us specific recommendations to take back to the original installer. For reference, we also asked a company from Chattanooga to look at the garage door, and they also agreed with Evans' assessment. When that company refused to make the necessary corrections, Evans came back out and made the repairs themselves—at no charge. After spending far more than we should have on a garage door that wasn't installed according to industry best practices, it was incredibly refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cared about doing the job right, even when the mistakes weren't theirs. From now on, I won't use anyone but Evans. I'm incredibly grateful to Jordan and the entire Evans team for their honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. If they're unable to get to you the same day, my advice is simple: wait. It's far better to wait a little longer and have the job done correctly, than to rush and regret that decision later (like us). I highly recommend Evans Garage Door and will be a customer for life.
