EDIT: Peaches, I have been trying to get into contact with you all day to resolve this and you only reply to my review? Furthermore, I am ecstatic you replied and here's why - You only have written correspondence between us about invoices and that I no longer worked for this 3rd party. I also trusted you, twice, over the phone and requested the portables to be picked up, TWICE, 3 1/2 months before July. And even when you forgot to adhere to my request to remove them off site the first time and charged me for an additional month, I offered to pay that month out of generosity. I trusted you and you broke that trust, twice. Additionally, if you weren't paid for the month of April, why on earth would you keep your portables on site for May, June and July knowing you weren't paid for April and under the impression that you're not going to be paid for those additional months? I want to say that makes no sense, but you knew exactly what you were doing. It's an attempt to generate more income for your company. According to the BBB (which will be hearing about your company) that's what is known as a "bad business practice" But that's not even the best part about this. Why is it when I contacted the site where the portables supposedly were until the July 3rd, the manager (as well as another employee) told me they were picked up months before July 3rd? I don't want to hear the whole "Well we can prove we picked them up July 3rd" because you can easily falsify paperwork and photos. Why would two individual employees tell me these portables were picked up MONTHS ago. I even offered over the phone to pay whatever month was missed, mind you by your own mistake or deliberate action, and yet you waited until July to inform me that you're going to now send this to a debt collector while attempting to charge 3 additional months that the portables most likely weren't even on site?? What you're doing is WRONG and IMMORAL and YOU KNOW it is and I honestly can't say I'm surprised because having spoken to corporate collogues, who deal with portable companies by the hundreds, this seems to be a common practice in this field.

We've had issues with them ever since our site safety stopped by and didn't like the conditions of the porta potties and hand wash stations. I wouldn't recommend reaching out to them if you have any issues because they'll increase the amount of issues you have. I'm including a video of our "new" hand wash station minutes after they dropped it off. Our regional reach out due to the condition of our previous hand wash station.

The units were not just clean upon arrival—they were absolutely immaculate. The fresh scent was a pleasant surprise and something you never expect from a portable toilet." Five Stars for the Unsung Heroes of Sanitation!
