  My AC went out and needed to be replaced. The price was reasonable and their crew did a fantastic job. I'm so thankful for the owners Theresa and Tommy. They were amazing to work with! They kept me updated and answered every call and question I had.

  I honestly can't say enough good things about All American AC, Heating, & Refrigeration! Last week my A/C went out right in the middle of this brutal heat wave. I called around to several different places only to be told it would be a 2 day wait, at minimum, so I was starting to panic about being stuck much longer without air. Luckily a neighbor recommended All American Air, so I gave them a call right away. Tommy, the owner, answered the phone himself. He immediately understood the urgency of my situation and how desperate I was for a solution, and assured me he’d have someone out within the hour. Technicians Keith and Cory arrived in about 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed a failed compressor. Since it was a major repair, they took the time to walk me through all of my options, comparing the cost of replacing the compressor versus replacing the entire system, along with the warranties for each. Ultimately replacing the system made the most sense for me, and I really appreciated their honesty and guidance throughout the process. Just a couple of hours later, they had a brand-new unit installed and blowing cold air, and all on the same day! You just don't get this kind of service very often anymore and it was honestly so refreshing to find this business. Being able to call in a total emergency, speak directly with the owner himself, and get everything fixed the exact same day was incredible, especially after dealing with automated systems or call centers and long wait/hold times for days. They responded immediately, their pricing is fair and honest, and you can tell they genuinely care about taking care of their customers. Overall - outstanding and professional service from start to finish. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my HVAC needs and can’t recommend them enough!

  We originally called All American because our A/C wasn't cooling like it should and was giving us constant problems. After a thorough inspection, they took the time to explain why our old system had reached the end of its life and helped us choose the best replacement. The installation went smoothly and the crew did an excellent job. We also joined their bi-annual maintenance plan, which has given us total peace of mind. Knowing they inspect everything before extreme weather hits instead of waiting for a breakdown is definitely worth every penny. Great people and excellent service from start to finish!

  I have used All American Air for many years and they have always been dependable. They have the fastest response times and are always there when I’ve needed them. They are professional and get the job done right. Its hard to find a company you can trust, but you can count on this one. I cant recommend them enough!
