  The service tech came to our house to see the two replacement gas log sets and he said the office would get back with us with the cost, they never did so we called another company for the install. We also bought a new hot water heater from them. Thank you

  Do not recommend. Came to clean our coils, now one of our units isnt working. Additionally, I caught the tech on video on his cell phone instead of paying attention to what he was doing. The coils now all are bent looking. I AM LIVID! Did I mention the only thing the guy kept talking about to my 76 year old mom was to sell us a new unit even though ours isnt even 7 years old??? Even had enough courage to speak to her about financing. I am very upset to say the least. Oh and I forgot, he ripped off the black foam and left it just like this. Coins dont even look clean on the outside units. Not even sure he touched anything up in the attic either! (Our units are up there)

  Mainstream did a great job. My upstairs HVAC unit stopped working on Tuesday, and after I contacted my property management company, Mainstream was out within 24 hours. They diagnosed the issue, made the repair, and had everything back up and running quickly. I have absolutely no complaints. As someone who literally moved out of my home state because I hate the heat, getting the AC fixed that fast was very much appreciated. Great service and a very smooth experience from start to finish.

  **0 Stars**Mainstream the company who originally installed the HVAC units in my home and I've always been on service plan twice a year. Upstairs unit stopped cooling, called to schedule service check, not a person but a promt service Tuesday night (which they advertise 24/7 emergency calls) which is more of a money grab than a sevice, don't trust the ad. I had to call back Wednesday morning to get worked into schedule (since I didn't receive a call back). They couldn't give me a timeframe. Technician showed up Wednesday afternoon after 2pm. Immediately, checked outside refrigerate, identified it was extremely low. Remember they were just here in May for spring service. "So probably a leak" right? Instead of checking for leak 1st, filled with refrigerate, only to go up in the attic to identify leak. Lasted 1 day and was charged for nothing.Now, is where it gets worse. Since installing the units (Trane) they no longer repair components, was given a referral. So now today Thursday different Technician located the problem, (called Mainstream since they installed the units to request warranty parts) because when I bought the house the unit they installed were supposed to have a 10year warranty. New technician was told since there was a new owner it was only good for 3yr. IM THE ORGININAL AND ONLY OWNER WHO HAS EVER LIVED IN THE HOME and that it still wasn't covered. Mainstream heating and cooling days will be limited if they continue to expect locals that choose local companies to support the community continue treating long time customers like this and don't honor the warranties which they sale with the product. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY HVAC INSTALL OR SERVICE!!!!

  My appointment was on 9/11. The scheduling was fairly easy, and it only took a couple days to be seen, however, Bobby explained that he couldn’t service my unit because it was frozen-Understood. He told me how to thaw it out and that he could possibly come back Saturday or Sunday because he was on call, but no guarantees-Understood. He also told me that day that he would put me on an expedited list to be able to come back and service it if he didn’t make it on Saturday or Sunday. Today is Thursday, September 17 and I have yet to hear back from anyone. My air is not working and we have been having hundred degree days. I paid my initial fee of $64 that day and again I have not heard back from anyone as to when My AC can be serviced. I feel like I should have been put first on somebody’s list that Monday no later than that Tuesday being that I had already paid, yet we have had to endure these extremely hot temperatures. This is an awful experience and I feel like I should be refunded since where almost 7 days out from my appointment and I still have not been serviced..
