Brian was here early, he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in no time. Brian was able to itemize the cost when I asked. Before leaving he asked us to check to make sure we can feeling it cooling. We had a great experience with Brian. I'm glad it is still under warranty or it would have cost more.

They were really busy and originally I was not able to get an appointment until July but they put me on the wait list and called and was able to fit us in earlier. They are very reliable and reasonable and very professional! I will be using them for further services from now on!

Had issue with lower unit not working after tech left. I called to report but never received a callback. I was able to troubleshoot and breaker was tripped everything works fine now. I never received a callback after reporting it though. Nothing special about this company average like the rest.

Mainstream was quick to address the issues I was having with my air conditioner. The tech Brian who came out was very professional and clear to understand. He was also quick to pinpoint the problem and is working to rectify the whole thing. Really great service and I would recommend Mainstream to everyone who is looking for great service at a reasonable cost.

1st want to say I used to be a very happy customer until lately and dont know what happened to this company. I found our lines in the unit were freezing up on a Friday night. Called their afterhours and a tech Wes called me. I explained what was going on and he headed our way. I pulled the cover plate and found the blower motor was not working, and the reason why it was freezing up. Texted the tech to let him know what was found. He arrived, looked at the blower motor and said yep its bad. (No testing or troubleshooting). He then said he can swap the motor over to a capacitor style older motor as our motor is a smart ECM motor and are expensive. I wasnt familiar with a ECM motor and said hey that sounds great he gave me a price and said he has done it on many units and is easy to do and was very confident. They have to order the motor and it would be in Monday or Tuesday morning. He left and I began checking for AC voltage to the motor and DC voltage to control the motor. Removed the rear cap on the ECM motor and found the circuit board burned up. (The tech did no troubleshooting) AFter research I found that the capacitor motor will work in our unit but also a quikswap module is required to control the blower motor speeds. I texted the tech and explained what I found and sent pics. He said the quikswap is not needed, the capacitor motor will go right in. I said OK. Monday came and I was sent a bill for the motor 719.20 and paid it. Late That afternoon I called to check on the status of the motor. I was told that the motor wont work in our system and that I need a ECM motor and it would be 1700.00 dollars. I then stated I am not paying that. Your tech assured me 100% that it would work, and I asked that question several times and on text and I paid this morning. I then asked why did no one call me this morning to tell me this, It is almost 4pm. She said Oh well the lead tech Wes (a different guy) left early. I replied, that is not my problem and is not how you do business. I didnt make the mistake telling a customer wrong information, you need to make this right and cover the motor and someone should have called me to say that the motor wouldnt work. She said he "Wes" would call me the next day when he came in. I then said well we need our unit up and running and the tech Wes said the motor will be in Monday or Tuesday. She replied thats not possible, it would take 7 to 10 days to arrive. She again said Wes will call me in the morning. That night I found a ECM motor for less than the original motor price and ordered it. The next morning no call from anyone. I reached out to cancel my order and was told by 3 people that I was getting a full refund of 719. Refund came and it was 29.95 less. I saw this, called and explained what I was told by 3 seperate people and its not right after everyting you all put me through. She transferred me to the billing manager that said sir I know your mad you cussed out my employee. I stated ma'am that is incorrect I did not cuss anyone out, I cussed about the situation and when did cussing become a concern to properly take care of a customer. She said well sir, I will refund the 29.95 it was for the service call and who will pay for our gas. I replied well you will because you all did absolutely nothing correct to address a hvac issue and you are a HVAC company. Fast forward to Thusday I receive a call from the tech Wes that was coming to my home to do our 2nd tuneup for the year. I explained how I felt and how everything went, he apologized. He said their lead tech (manager) "Wes" would call me that day. I refeived the tech report and he didnt check anything, no voltages, temps, pressure nothing. His form was blank which again is bad customer service. Everytime a tuneup is completed I get a report of everything. And did I get a call from their lead tech Wes, NOPE. Wether your happy with this company or not. I highly suggest to look elsewhere for anykind of HVAC service and leave this dying company alone before they try to screw you over as well.
