  Mainstream worked closely with me from making a short term repair on my 18 year old HVAC unit, to keep me cool, until they could replace the unit. They were caring, professional, considerate and communicated frequently with me throughout the process. They were having a great sale, and worked to make sure I chose the best system for my house. From Darryl, Christina, Brian, to the installers, Willy and Billy. Everyone at Mainstream made this an easy process to upgrade my heating and cooling system. Highly recommend you call Mainstream for maintenance, repair and especially replacement of your HVAC system. Great group of people.

  I was very pleased with my experience with Mainstream AC & Heating. I was getting several quotes for a new AC system, and the technicians from Mainstay really impressed me with their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to explain everything clearly. They took the time to answer my questions and gave me confidence that they knew exactly what they were doing. Even though I ultimately went in a different direction, that decision was based on the overall pricing and not on the quality of service I received from Mainstay. I would definitely recommend Mainstay AC & Heating to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and professional HVAC company. They made a very good impression on me.

  Appreciate every maintenance appointment with this crew. The best professionalism I've seen out of HVAC people in quite some time. Look forward to their visits and knowing that in my 60s Im treated well, and meticulously advised. Highly recommend!

  The technician was professional, fast and efficient, bad ass dude awesome!!! He fixed a problem that was there for seven years that no one noticed!!! The connections were hooked up backwards and not draining properly and the pan never overflowed and no one ever noticed even with servicing Don'the unit. God bless that Dude only cost me 85 bucks!!!!

  I cannot say enough good things about Mainstream Heating & Cooling in Clarksville, TN. Our recent experience with them was nothing short of exceptional, and I felt compelled to share it! While house sitting for my brother, we faced an HVAC emergency on Thursday, July 30, 2026. The upstairs unit had failed, and the temperature inside was climbing to an uncomfortable 87 degrees. We were feeling quite anxious, especially after another HVAC company from Nashville had recently serviced the unit and given it a clean bill of health. Frustrated and in need of urgent help, we contacted Mainstream Heating & Cooling. From the very first conversation, we were met with patience and compassion. Christine, who answered our call, was incredibly gracious and understanding of our situation. She quickly dispatched Colton, who arrived at our home in just 20 minutes. Talk about rapid response! Colton dove right into diagnosing the issue and worked diligently for almost four hours. He discovered that the problem stemmed from a failed Nest device that had been incorrectly installed. Colton promptly installed a Honeywell T6 thermostat and completed the necessary re-wiring. Although he couldn’t finalize the repairs that night due to needing additional fuses, he assured us that everything would be taken care of. True to his word, Christine called bright and early the next morning to schedule the follow-up repairs, which brought us immense relief. On Friday, July 31, Wes arrived to complete the job, and he was just as thorough and professional as Colton. He not only fixed the HVAC system, but he also pointed out several issues that the previous company had overlooked. It was clear that Wes is knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work. We are so grateful for the exceptional service provided by Christine, Colton, and Wes. They truly went the extra mile to ensure not only our HVAC system was working correctly but also that our comfort and safety were prioritized. Mainstream Heating & Cooling is a true blessing in our community! We can’t wait for them to care for our new home soon, and we wish them nothing but continued success in the future.
