Mr. Axel, Mr. Ralph, and Mr. Lucas were professional, hardworking, and courteous throughout the entire process. They arrived early, clearly explained the installation from start to finish, and maintained exceptional attention to detail all day long. Even after a very long workday, their quality of workmanship and commitment to customer satisfaction never declined. What impressed us most was their professionalism, strong work ethic, and genuine pride in their work.   Had repair work on a window. Jeremy Watley arrived at the designated time and completed the repair in less than 30 minutes. He was very professional and knows his work. Window World needs more like him.

  Absolutely the best decision we made. We saved a lot of money compared to other quotes for a total home makeover. The process went very well, communication was awesome. Can’t thank WW enough for delivering what they promised.

  My husband and I worked with Chase at the Bonny Oaks location to do a cash and carry single window order. Not only is Chase a stand-up guy who will shoot you straight, but everything about Window World made other options pale in comparison. Not only are we looking at a 2-3 week turnaround time (compared to 4-6 weeks for competitors and even 4 months from Home Depot), but we would have been looking at a 50-75% price difference with or without install. Just to give an idea, our quotes for fabrication and installation of 37x38 double hung bathroom window: Champion $1710, which was the half off price that we would only get if we bought it that day; Anderssen $3-4000, Home Depot Simonton Window $1280. Our quotes from Window World were roughly $1000 for window+install w/ lifetime warranty on both the installation and window components, and $578 for the window by itself with lifetime earranty on the window components. The windows are made in the USA and meet or exceed the building standards, and they look great in the showroom. Needless to say, we couldn't be happier that we checked out Window World! Chase gave us lots of great insight into our project, and made us feel at home. Our order was placed same day and we now eagerly await our new window. I will update once we've got it installed 👍

  Had two old windows replaced in my garage. The estimator arrived when promised and gave a 6 to 8 week lead time, the windows arrived in 3 weeks. The installers gave me an arrival time and arrived precisely on time. Removed the old windows, installed the new windows and throughly cleaned up what little mess they made. They were in and out in one hour and 45 minutes. Both were beyond professional, two great guys They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns, what few there were. Axle and Ralph did an excellent job. I will definitely recommend Window World and these two guys to anyone I hear needing windows. Thanks C. Prince
