My wife wanted a glass shower door installed in our master bathroom. She posted on Facebook and got a personal message from Sam's wife and business partner, Amanda. We were impressed that she took the time to send the message right away. She explained the pricing and how the measurements would be taken and that Sam would come out to take the measurements in a couple days. A week or two later, Sam and his two man crew showed up and promptly began the tedious task of installing the shower door. The glass and hardware are high quality. The door is fixed on one side while the other panel slides smoothly to open and close on the other side. Sam is a magician when it comes to glass. He gave us tips on how to maintain the clear appearance and keep it clean, suggesting a coat of Rain-x and investing in a squigee in order to keep the water from staining the glass. His crew were extremely professional, polite, and kind. They wore shoe covers in our home and cleaned up when done. What we really appreciated was that we explained we were having trouble finding a good handyman to help us install a mantle, hang some photographs and paintings on the wall, as well as install a bathroom cabinet in the same bathroom as the shower door. Although Sam says his team doesn't normally do that kind of work, they agreed to do it for us since they were there and their shop was nearby. Small businesses, where the proprietor is directly involved, provide the best service and value. We really love doing business with small businesses and appreciate Sam and his crew for all of the excellent work they've done.

We moved to Chattanooga 2 years ago and never had a chance to fix our shower door in our primary bathroom. After asking around so many times to so many people, I finally resorted to posting on Facebook. So many people responded but what made a difference with Sam and his team is that they reached out personally on messenger and were prompt right after. Everything was done flawlessly and economically. We are so happy with their work and highly recommend them.
