- MEMonty EverettFeb 1, 20261.0Met with Claudio at our home for an estimate to completely remodel our master bath in early November, gave him full set of architectural plans, even updated plans a week or so later, and then never heard back. I tried to communicate for updates and received multiple excuses about holidays and vacations, we weren’t in a hurry so that was fine. Come February, we’ve just been ignored and decided to let everyone know about our experience. A simple “this doesn’t fit our profile”, “we’re just too busy”, or “we are not interested” would really save us a lot of time and let us move onto other contractors who may want the work. We just don’t understand why he would drag it out without any sort of update or refusal, to let it linger feels very irresponsible from a business standpoint and leads us to believe working with Rondon would not be a good experience.
