  DO NOT HIRE RSW CHATTANOOGA! I live in Dalton, Ga and hired them after the owner, Joey Tubbs came to my home in April 2026. I signed a contract and paid him half which was $6500 May7th. The remaining $6500 was to be paid once he replaced windows, door, fixed rotted areas, paint etc. Joey said it would take 6 weeks to get the windows in and a few days to be complete and “perfect”. After 6 weeks I began calling him. Finally June 25th he says they’ve “gone to pick up all materials”.July 1st a worker fixes the rotted area in one corner of the house and works 4 hours. He puts the metal flashing down and cuts pieces of scrap looking wood that doesn’t match any of my trimming or siding. Joey came out for a few minutes and we were discussing the flashing area not being flat, because water will sit and go up under the siding (but it was out that way anyways)July 6th, Andrew came and put up some siding that looks used and doesn’t match my siding. After me calling Joey Tubbs and his declining my call on 7/9 and me sending him the pictures, Joel Harden calls me from RSW. Apparently he is my contact now and will be handling my job. Long story short.. my sunroom and windows still sits looking like this and I can’t get my money back from Joey Tubbs so that I can hire someone to clean up HIS MESS. I am on disability and have so many health issues, which Joey knows about, and he’s continued to lie and won’t refund my $6500 I’m hurt. The “I want to be done in a week” text from way back in July, then coming back to my house August 24th and wanting me to let him finish it and even emailing me that he will be done by 9/15 and never came back. I just want my refund. I signed your contract and did my part. DO YOURS!

  RSW is amazing! They took our 1980’s home and made it look modern! The crews were spot on! They tackled any obstacles from the siding to the Lime washing of the brick. I wish I had before and after pictures for all to see and if I can find them,I’ll update. I would recommend RSW for any job. I will not use anyone else if I need something in the future.

  Joey is not trustworthy, I contracted him to do a job in Franklin for me, paid him over $75,000 and he is now 5 months later, not delivered doors and the correct windows that were ordered, leaving me to pay out of pocket to handle the job.

  Don’t use RSW. They don’t even deserve 1 star! Contracted and paid for entry door but after 8 months no door. Many attempts were made to find out about the order but RSW would lie or not communicate with us. Finally found out the door was never ordered. We finally got our money back.

  I am incredibly disappointed with the service from RSW Chattanooga. What started as a straightforward shower door installation ended in complete project abandonment. The door they initially installed was entirely too small. After being promised several times that a correct door would be ordered, it became clear we were just being given the runaround. This was a very expensive project, yet the work was left incomplete, looking terrible and completely unprofessional. Despite multiple attempts to reach the owner, Joey Tubbs, to resolve the issue, he has become entirely unresponsive. Taking a significant amount of money, leaving a client with an unfinished, sloppy result, and cutting off all communication is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone looking for reliable, quality contractor services to look elsewhere.
