I called And talked to Rob. He asked if I needed help today I said yes I had a backup in my lines. He sent Tony who has serviced my house last December. Tony is very experienced & very polite He knows what he’s talking about and is so helpful in giving information on how to keep my pipes clear. I will be calling this company for any plumbing service from here on out!

Roto Rooter was able to send out Kyle on a Sunday within an hour of me calling for an emergency water line repair. Kyle was very friendly and was there for 20 minutes start to finish. Extremely satisfied with the service and will be calling them again in case of any future issues at my house.

Mr Roy and Mr Ethan were on time and professional and polite. They had my drain leak issue diagnosed within 20 minutes and will have the problem solved before lunch. It was a relatively simple problem (which as a retired construction worker I was sure it was) and they were honest about the problem instead of gouging the customer which seems to be common for old people like myself. I truly enjoyed their visit as they were pleasant above all else Thank you Mr Roy and Roto Rooter

Technician was at my house in less than 15 minutes after I called. He accessed the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour. Technician was very neat and professional. Price was very reasonable. Thanks

We called Roto Rooter to take a look at our 15 year old grinder pump. First guy came out and gave a repair estimate without taking off the cap to see the condition of pump. That afternoon, I got a call from the office that they wanted to send a supervisor over to make sure the estimate was correct. Tony Calestini, the supervisor who covers Windstone knew the estimate had to be wrong. Within an hour he was at the house. Tony inspected the pump and electronics. Needless to say, the 15 year old pump was corroded beyond recognition and needed replacement. Tony saved us thousands in possible sewage back up due to failure. He was thoughtful and treated our home as if it were his own. So Happy It’s Tony- so I didn’t have any S H I T happen! Tony also serviced our Navien tankless water heater and shored up some pipes in the crawl. Pricing was very fair. We highly recommend him and thank him for being so conscientious and he is a great guy too!
