  Aaron Donahue is the man. I was contacted before his arrival, he shows up and got right to work. Found the leak, and got it fixed in no time. My family and I appreciated the professionalism and knowledge he had to get the job done. Thank you Aaron.

  Roy Jiles was great! I was pretty stressed over the busted pipe in my crawlspace. He didn't waist anytime crawling down there in that spider infested space. He was professional, prompt, and diagnosed the problem immediately. Great guy. I'll be using RR again if I have any problem RR accommodates. Great Job Roy! Happy customer!

  We had a major issue pertaining to our irrigation system that affected our main water line to the house. Getting an irrigation company to come out that same day was impossible, so we resorted to a emergency plumbing service. Started off with Wes coming out for an estimate, because we weren't sure if they'd be able to fix it. He came in record time and told us that they definitely would be able to repair it. Our tech, Kyle, showed up not long after that. He was able to repair the problem and we were still able to use our irrigation system. The time line from the first initial call was 10:45am to being completely finished about 12:45pm. We just knew it would take all day to get our water back on. Great service, great professionalism and would definitely recommend. Kyle...we know it was hot and absolutely appreciated your extra efforts at getting it done.

  Would never use again! Charged me for a full septic cleaning but only did one side even after I questioned them. Did not clean out the filter either. Didn’t even dig up that side. Then they’re big waste truck which was full damaged my driveway. Mr. Foxworthy Owner informed me he was not gonna pay for my hundred year-old driveway. Which is only eight years old. Mr. Foxworthy and Larry were not very professional and telling me they were not going to pay for their damage. Told them my husband was handicap and could trip over all the broken asphalt. Didn’t seem to care . This is the Rotor Router in Ringgold Ga! Very disrespectful of my property!
