  We went with Roto Rooter to have our septic tank pumped the day after another company failed to show up for the job. Aaron came out and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We will use Roto Rooter again.

  Roy was awesome! Got to my house fast and delivered quality service. I would also like to add that the service center who takes the calls and request was very helpful and nice! Great customer service!

  Robert Luttrell came out today to assist with a leak that ended with a call to an HVAC company. I cannot possibly praise him enough. Articulate, kind, extreme knowledgeable and downright hilarious! My spouse and I found ourselves laughing and trading stories with him between diagnosing the issues we were having. Afterward, he recommended an HVAC company since we didn’t know who to call. Because of our fantastic experience with him, we signed up for a preventative service plan and will be requesting him by name moving forward. Thank you Robert for being so helpful, kind and sharing in some laughs with us - you made our day!

  Roto-Rooter was able to get me on the schedule quickly when I called, and their service call pricing was very reasonable. Roy was professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job fixing the issue—my expansion tank was leaking where it was attached to my water heater. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone in need.
