The Herrick Family has been involved in real estate and construction, both residential and commercial, since the 1920’s. We began as real estate developers and continued through succeeding generations. - CMCold Valley MediaJan 4, 20175.0Preis is amazing! I was looking to buy a very old home in the Chattanooga area and had no idea who to turn to that could provide a proper, thorough inspection. Well, through a close friend I was referred Preis. This father and son team showed up at the late 19th century Victorian I was eyeballing. They spent a few hours going through the home top to bottom. By the end of the inspection they had discovered that the home rested on an old Civil War cemetery. This was a bit disconcerting, but in the end I purchased the home because the rest of the house was sound. I'm super pleased with Preis and their inspection. Without them I would not have figured out that my roommate is Col. Timothy Schilling, commander of the 5th Cavalry. He's the best. His horse is a little annoying though.
