  Cody & Dustin (INSTALLERS) from Malone Heat & Air just finished installing two AC units in our Chattanooga house. THEY were amazing. They kept us involved in everything they were doing and answered our many questions whenever we asked. If you need a new AC unit, Call Malone Heat & Air and definite ask for these two to be your installation crew.

  Brandon was flat out amazing! He came promptly and fixed my unit. My old HVAC company said I needed a new unit for 18K. Brandon fixed it for $700!!!!! He was honest and thorougjly knowledgeable about everything. This is hands down the best company I havr ever used. I highly recommened Brandon. He is tristworthy and extremely expereienced. Don't walk, Run to this company.. They are the best! I am so thankful I did. What a miracle!

  Malone Heat & Air has consistently provided excellent service, and today’s experience was no exception. On an extremely hot day, they responded the same day I called and quickly restored my air conditioning. Malik diagnosed the issue with my AC unit in about 20 minutes and had it cooling my home again right away. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue clearly. I truly appreciate the prompt response and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Malone Heat & Air to anyone looking for reliable and efficient HVAC service.

  Well what was sold to my mother is an easy one day replacement of a 5 ton unit has turned into a 3 day nightmare!! If you want someone that will send you service technicians that know what they’re doing DO NOT USE Malones. After 4 days of waiting and sweating our butts off they show up work for 2 hours then leave for 4 hours. Don’t say where or why they are leaving, just left. Show back up install the unit. Well.. that’s where the nightmare begins. The A/C unit stopped working the following day because the air handler was installed on a slant meaning all the water drained into the system and caused it to stop working because water couldn’t drain out. Now on day 3 they are trying to replace air handler. Will update when and if the job is ever completed correctly until then we sit here trying to not drop from heat exhaustion UPDATE: close of day 3. Crew left A/C working until!!!!! About 1 hour later I walk into laundry room where air handler is and water EVERYWHERE!! Yup. Pump not working called Malones and no waiting for a response from them. I will not hold my breath because it’s already 30 minutes with no return call. I guess we’re now looking at 4 days of the “one day install”. My mom didn’t want to wait til Thursday to have unit installed by a different company. Boy did she make a HUGE mistake with going with Malones. Big mistake!!
