  Malone has no idea what they are doing. They will claim they can fix things they can’t. They don’t check part numbers and then blame the supplier. They will tell you they are going to find the part and not call you back for an update leaving you in the dark and your family without AC. Use someone else. We have been without AC.

  II called on Monday to have my unit checked on Thursday. Chris came and checked out my unit and I really needed a new unit. He called John and within 30 minutes Dustin and Cody came and installed my new unit. The stars were aligned for me this day. They were all so very professional and courteous! I can’t speak highly enough about these guys. And I want to give a shoutout to their boss Jimmy ( Go Pioneers) for being a huge influence on his team. Because a team is only as good as their leader!

  We had a problem with our HVAC unit at Christmas and Chris came out fast and fixed it. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our system is 30 years old so we knew we were going to have to replace it eventually. Fast forward to the following August and now the cooling is going out. We called them again because the prior experience was so great. Chris came out same day to take a look. This time we knew we needed a new unit, but Chris still gave us an option for repair which I appreciated as it allowed us to compare options. We choose to get a new unit. John gave us a fair bid and answered all questions thoroughly. They were able to provide a quality, affordable unit and install the next day. Cody and JW came out to install. They were professional, courteous, fast and thorough. They explained everything on completion. They cleaned up everything. I work from home and was not disturbed at all. They made almost zero noise during the installation. Honestly the whole experience was 5 stars. Everyone we interacted with was outstanding. Cannot recommend highly enough. The new unit is so quiet and we are cool again. And for the record we did call someone else originally. They came out but they wouldn't even consider fixing it and tried to sell us on a unit that was way more money. The difference between the two companies is night and day. Go with Malone.

  As always, Chris provided a very thorough evaluation of our system, provided a thoughtful correction to a recent airflow problem, and completed excellent maintenance on all three units. Malone is very fortunate to have such an experienced skilled technician on board.
