  I went into the Chattanooga store to purchase flooring for my newly constructed home. I bought solid hardwood floor for the majority of my house, but it was recommended to me to also purchase the duravana as I was told, it is extremely durable and has a very good warranty. We spent $18,000 in total on flooring. When my husband, who has years and years of experience as a contractor and has installed many different types of flooring, even this same type of click and lock flooring, was installing the durvana, the very, very thin top layer started flaking and peeling right off in his hands. We filed a claim under the warranty, but naturally, it was denied. Given that we had already spent a thousands of dollars on the flooring, my husband decided to try to lay more of the duravana, in another bedroom, and just like before all he did, was touch the edge of the plank and part of the very thin layer just flaked completely off. This has got to be the absolute worst flooring product I have ever seen and I would warn anyone against purchasing it. It is a complete waste of money. Also, you cannot count on Lumber Liquidators, to stand behind the warranty on their product.
