Absolutely love Caitlin Smith & Tabrin Walker at Crest Home Solutions Chattanooga. They went above and beyond to help me with beautiful tile options. They made my experience fun & I even learned a few things. I highly recommend them for a new house build, remodel or just a simple refresh in your home. Thank you Caitlin & Tabrin for providing us with exceptional customer service and impeccable knowledge.

Crest was terrible. We really thought we had picked a friendly and customer focused company through the design selections. We planned to have them do our tile, laminate, and carpet in our new home. The tile was the first thing to be scheduled. The experience was awful. So little communication, multiple weeks of promised starts and nothing, and the job wasn't done right when they did finally make it out. What is supposed to be our dream master bath was done poorly the first time, worse the second time, and the third time was tolerable and I just gave up on them. I repeatedly asked them for a few spare tiles for future repairs and every time they said yeah sure, but never brought any. The final time they were here they didn't even have their field supervisor come out and look at the job they did. It's clear this company is focused on the builders that are keeping them busy, and that my job while important to me was not important to them. We decided to find another flooring company to complete the remaining work. Out of all the trades I've hired these folks are tied for first place as the worst experience. I hope no one else has the same experience we've had.

Crest Home was recommended to us by a friend, and overall, we had a good experience. We purchased both tile and cabinets through them. While there were a few hiccups along the way, they worked with us to make things right.
