  Love Bill Owens! The techs and dispatchers are so nice and helpful, they come out in a timely manner and communicate so well. Also, they never try to oversell you, and if you just want them to diagnose the issue and let you order the parts and fix it yourself, they're not offended by that! Very happy customer. And my house is cool again!

  Hard to find businesses today that are honest with you, take the time to explain/consider, and follow through with professional work. That was our experience with Bill Owen’s and crew. Competitive pricing also. Thanks guys

  Had our annual spring maintenance done today & Zack was our technician. He is the GOAT!! Very thorough and will actually stop and talk and explain everything to us. He is very knowledgeable and super nice. Highly recommended

  I highly recommend Bill Owens Heat & Air! I have been with them since 2004 and this is 2023. They know what they are doing and very professional. They go the extra mile and have excellent customer service. They are great folks and easy to communicate with concerning scheduling and any issues concerning my HVAC system. I am confident and comfortable with them coming into my home and working on my system. They are top notch and great to work with, again I say "I highly recommend Bill Owens Heat & Air." I totally trust them!

  I had Mr. Brian Owens look at two old units in my commercial building.. Words cannot describe this professional team and person. Mr. Owens, with an assistant,spent 1.5 hours on property , looking,testing, and measuring the units ,duct work, intake ,outtake and electrical . He explained in super technical terms ,then explained in layman"s terms all problems and solutions . I could feel the passion, training, and experience. The visit reminded me of 50"s ,thru 90"s how my electrician ,lineman father went about his work . I was amazed !!! Mr. Owens was so thorough , honest,and engaged in his work. HE later emailed me pages of possible solutions ,with Fair prices ... Mr. Owens then gave me his best recommendations without Regard to his bottom line . Honestly , it was about what was best for me and the spaces . The new owners will definitely use Bill Owens heating and air . I shall use this company from this point on with my heating and air needs
