  Had our annual spring maintenance done today & Zack was our technician. He is the GOAT!! Very thorough and will actually stop and talk and explain everything to us. He is very knowledgeable and super nice. Highly recommended

  My heating unit was not reaching temp, blowing cold air, not shutting off. I contacted BOHA and they got me on schedule that day with Zach. He checked everything inside & outside and quickly diagnosed the problem, then fixed it. I had questions and he answered them all. From this experience, I can confidently recommend BOHA and will use them again in the future.

  I highly recommend Bill Owens Heat & Air! I have been with them since 2004 and this is 2023. They know what they are doing and very professional. They go the extra mile and have excellent customer service. They are great folks and easy to communicate with concerning scheduling and any issues concerning my HVAC system. I am confident and comfortable with them coming into my home and working on my system. They are top notch and great to work with, again I say "I highly recommend Bill Owens Heat & Air." I totally trust them!
